Bergslagens Drönare & Mät is responsible for the personal data you submit through this website.
What data we process
Name, company, email address, phone number (optional), the service concerned, location, description and approximate site size – the details you enter in the quote form.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and plan a possible assignment. The legal basis is steps prior to entering a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We do not send marketing without your consent.
Recipients and processors
Enquiries are stored with our website and database provider, which processes the data on our behalf. We never sell data and only disclose it where required by law. If a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, this only happens with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Enquiries submitted through the form are kept for 12 months and then deleted automatically. Data in contracts and invoices is kept as long as Swedish accounting law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction or erasure of your data, to object to processing, to request restriction and to receive your data in a machine-readable format (data portability). We respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies when you visit it. We show no advertising and load no analytics or tracking, and no fonts or scripts are fetched from third parties. The only thing stored in your browser is your language choice (Swedish/English) under the name site-lang, so the site remembers which language you picked when you come back. No consent is needed for this, because it only covers the feature you yourself use. You can delete it at any time in your browser's settings for stored data. If we ever add something that requires consent, such as statistics, we will ask for it before it is used.
